Our FALL TRAINING outdoor program will utilize a variety of exercises to enhance speed, agility, endurance, footwork, quickness, etc.

  • Classes meet for 8 weeks

  • Workouts are 45 minutes in duration

  • Classes are held at Blackbob Park in Olathe

  • Total investment: $165

These workouts are a great way to maintain peak conditioning levels while in-season.

**All participants will receive two free bonus weeks of training on Oct 16 and Oct 23 to help accommodate for absences.
