Our Summer Camp is designed to help athletes build a solid training foundation. The workouts are designed to help athletes improve running technique, lateral quickness, core strength, balance & stability, and more!
We utilize a variety of dynamic movements, strength-training exercises, technique drills, and film studies to help athletes reach their fullest potential. We hope to have the privilege of working with you this summer!
Camp is held Monday through Thursday for 9 weeks
Additional Free Bonus Week (July 29 - Aug 2)
Workouts are 45 minutes in duration.
Locations will vary: Scheel's OP Soccer Complex, Ignite Gym, Scheel's Overland Park Soccer Complex, and Blackbob Park
Worried about missing classes?
We offer numerous make-up opportunities to help accommodate for absences! Most athletes will miss 12+ practices throughout the summer due to other camps, vacations, VBS, scheduling conflicts, etc.
