Our Summer Camp is designed to help athletes build a solid training foundation. The workouts are designed to help athletes improve running technique, lateral quickness, core strength, balance & stability, and more!


We utilize a variety of dynamic movements, strength-training exercises, technique drills, and film studies to help athletes reach their fullest potential. We hope to have the privilege of working with you this summer!


  • Camp is held Monday through Thursday for 9 weeks

    • Additional Free Bonus Week (July 29 - Aug 2)

  • Workouts are 45 minutes in duration.

  • Locations will vary: Scheel's OP Soccer Complex, Ignite Gym, Scheel's Overland Park Soccer Complex, and Blackbob Park


Worried about missing classes?

We offer numerous make-up opportunities to help accommodate for absences! Most athletes will miss 12+ practices throughout the summer due to other camps, vacations, VBS, scheduling conflicts, etc.
