OUR PURPOSE
Our Summer Camp is designed to help youth athletes build a solid training foundation that enhances overall athletic performance. Led by experienced (and enthusiastic) coaches, our camp focuses on developing key areas essential for sports performance. This includes running technique, lateral quickness, core strength, balance & stability, sprint speed, and more! Through a blend of dynamic exercises, strength training, various technique drills, and film studies, we provide athletes with the tools they need to reach their fullest potential.
ABSENCE POLICY
We understand that summer is a busy time, and many athletes may have other commitments such as camps, vacations, tournaments, Vacation Bible School, and various scheduling conflicts. Most athletes miss 12+ workouts by the end of the summer. We simply encourage athletes to attend as many workouts as their schedules will permit.
