Our Fall Training program is designed to build strength specific to each athlete's sport. We help basketball players jump higher, baseball players hit with more power, and track stars run faster... And much more!
Classes meet for 12 weeks
Workouts are 45 minutes in duration.
Classes are held at the Ignite Gym in Olathe, KS.
Classes often reach their maximum capacity prior to the start of the semester.
**As long as COVID-19 does not interfere with our plans, we will give all FALL TRAINING participants an additional five free weeks of training from November 9 to December 17**
