SUMMER CAMP

OUR PURPOSE

Our Summer Camp is designed to help athletes build a solid training foundation. This includes:

  • Running technique

  • Lateral quickness

  • Core strength

  • Balance & stability

  • Movement patterns

We utilize a variety of dynamic movements, strength-training exercises, technique drills, and film studies to help athletes reach their fullest potential.​​​

CAMP DETAILS

May 31, 2022 - July 28, 2022

Workouts are Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs

(BONUS WEEK: Aug 1-4)

  • 40+ TOTAL WORKOUTS

  • Classes are 40 minutes in duration.

    • 7:30-8:10am​

    • 8:15-8:55am

    • 9:00-9:40am

    • 9:45-10:25am

  • Scheel's Overland Park Soccer Complex

  • $335/person

    • Returners receive a loyalty discount​

ABSENCE POLICY

We offer numerous make-up opportunities to help accommodate absences! Most athletes will miss 8+ training sessions throughout the summer due to other camps, vacations, VBS, scheduling conflicts, etc.

To accommodate for these absences, we offer:

  • 3+ "Fun Friday" workouts

  • Free bonus week of training (Aug 1-4)

We do not offer partial sessions or drop-in rates.
