OUR PURPOSE
Our Summer Camp is designed to help athletes build a solid training foundation. This includes:

Lateral quickness

Core strength

Balance & stability

Movement patterns
We utilize a variety of dynamic movements, strength-training exercises, technique drills, and film studies to help athletes reach their fullest potential.

ABSENCE POLICY
We offer numerous make-up opportunities to help accommodate absences! Most athletes will miss 8+ training sessions throughout the summer due to other camps, vacations, VBS, scheduling conflicts, etc.
To accommodate for these absences, we offer:

3+ "Fun Friday" workouts

Free bonus week of training (Aug 1-4)
We do not offer partial sessions or drop-in rates.
