OUR PURPOSE
​
Our Summer Camp is designed to help youth athletes build a solid training foundation that enhances overall athletic performance. Led by experienced (and enthusiastic) coaches, our camp focuses on developing key areas essential for speed & agility, including:​

Movement Patterns

Through a blend of dynamic exercises, strength training, technique drills, and film studies, we provide athletes with the tools they need to reach their fullest potential.

Schedule: M/Tu/W/Th
Duration: 40 minutes / 40 workouts

7:30 - 8:10 am (1st-8th Grade)

8:15 - 8:55 am (5th-7th Grade)

9:00 - 9:40 am (7th-8th Grade)

9:45 - 10:25 am (8th-12th Grade)

Cost: $385 per person

ABSENCE POLICY

We encourage athletes to attend as many sessions as possible to maximize their progress and development, but at the same time, we understand that summer can be a busy time.
Many athletes miss a significant amount of training sessions (often 10+ workouts) due to other camps, vacations, Vacation Bible School, and other various scheduling conflicts.
​
Please note that we do not offer partial sessions or drop-in rates. However, rest assured that each session is crafted to provide maximum value, so athletes will benefit from every workout they attend.
