OUR PURPOSE
Our Fall Training Program is designed to help youth athletes develop the athletic foundation needed to perform with confidence in every season of sport. Led by experienced, high-energy coaches, each workout focuses on building explosive power, total-body strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and overall athleticism. Through a strategic blend of plyometrics, strength training, movement mechanics, sprint work, change-of-direction drills, and competitive performance training, athletes learn how to move more efficiently, generate more power, and reduce injury risk... all while training in an encouraging, high-energy environment they’ll genuinely enjoy being part of.
At Ignite, we don’t just train athletes to work hard… we teach them how to move better, compete harder, and grow in confidence both on & off the field.
ABSENCE POLICY
We understand that athletes have busy schedules throughout the fall semester with school sports, tournaments, family commitments, school events, and other activities. Because of this, we do our best to help athletes make up missed workouts whenever possible by scheduling them into other class days/times that match their appropriate age and experience level (based on availability).
While make-up opportunities cannot always be guaranteed, our goal is to help athletes stay as consistent as possible throughout the semester and continue making progress in their training.
